Hi all 👋 Jeremy here from the Mila Cares Squad — we have planned a maintenance window scheduled for tonight at 23:00 PT.

During our maintenance, communications between your Milas and the Mothership may disconnect. The pairing process may not be available during periods of the maintenance window, and Indoor Air Quality data won't be available while your Milas have been disconnected.

Thank you for your understanding while we work through this routine maintenance to provide you with better services.

    Take care and breathe easy!

Hi all 👋 Jeremy here from the Mila Cares Squad — we identified an issue in the latest v1.6.0 firmware update that could result in some Milas beeping intermittently, so we're rolling out a quick update immediately to resolve the issue.

For a few brief moments, communications between your Milas and the Mothership may disconnect. The mobile applications may perform slowly, and some screens may not load at all during this downtime.
Service will resume automatically after a few minutes.

Thank you for your reports that allowed us to identify the issue so quickly, and we're sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

    Take care and breathe easy!

Hi everyone, Jeremy here from the Mila Care Squad. Our team deployed the resolution at 07:00 (am) PDT this morning to resolve an issue that prevented new accounts from being able to verify their account, and also existing accounts from resetting their passwords.

We are working through the backlog of customers who were impacted to sync and send-out the latest email to set a password (for new accounts) or reset their password for existing accounts who initiated a reset.

The team is currently working on an active bug that is preventing password resets and account creation. This should be resolved shortly and thank you for your patience in the interim.

If you currently need to reset your password or create an account, please complete the form here.
